Meet & Greet Services

Let us be your face in Alaska. We can meet your clients at the airport at baggage claim or behind security at the gate. We will assist them in collecting their luggage, give them a copy of their itinerary and walk through it with them, give suggestions of what to do with any free time they might have, and connect them with their transportation.

Tour Guides (in person)

We will “step-on” your motorcoach or your hired transportation to give local city tours, ship-to-airport narrated transfers, day long tours, multi-day tours, and foreign language tours. Walking tours downtown Anchorage give you the insider view of historic Anchorage or Fairbanks.

If an in person experience doesn’t fit into your tour schedule, you can use our App to get a no-contact, guided experience. Our Anchorage History Walking Tour will be available soon, followed shortly by driving tours around Anchorage and the state, all accessed by an App on your phone. The narration is GPS triggered, but you can override that option. Our stories can be listened to, or you can chose to read the written version.

Program Management/Staffing

Leverage our operations experience in dining, accommodations, and transportation to manage, or help manage, your corporate or incentive program. We will work on your behalf to conduct thorough site inspections, advance dining, dispatch coaches to and from events, and provide narration for those transfers. We can bring in tour-savvy locals to staff your hotel hospitality desk, help book “on own” activities or dining, and coordinate large group or individual transfers.

Local Gal Friday

Who loves shopping? We do! We can be your gal friday, doing local errands (did your guest leave their phone at the hotel?), shopping for gift baskets or snack packs, and helping you find that perfect Alaska-swag item in advance of your group arrival. We can purchase and hand write a welcome note from you and have it waiting at a local hotel. Let us know how we can help make your guests go, “WOW!”
